My call was returned in minutes and Jeremy was at my door with 10 mins (if that - he was already local) Had my furnace, cleaned, serviced and running like new again. Cost was really low.   • Jeremy at Air One Heating came to our rescue..literally!! Left a message at another heating company we used in the the past on Friday and today is Tuesday and still hadnt heard from them, in -10 temperatures and 5 days without heat we called someone else, thank god it was Air One Heating, Jeremy made time to come to our home on his way home from his last call to help a family that had no heat for the past 5 days! He fixed our funace in no time at all and way cheaper than the big co. we've used in the past. Thankyou so much Air One Heating!!   • We had our furnace serviced and our gas fireplace repaired by Air One. The gentleman who came - runs the company - and I have to say I was impressed!! He did a more thorough service of the furnace than any of the previous contractors we had in over the last 15 years. He then fixed the fireplace - and I have to say I was impressed with how he went about his job. Even though he was there on a fixed price quote - he took the time to investigate and determine exactly what the issue was - then proceeded to check various other aspects of the fireplace to make sure it was all working as expected. From top to bottom it was a professional job - done by a real pro. I would recommend him to anyone looking for furnace or fireplace work. You will not be disappointed!!

  • My fireplace suddenly turned off on Sunday. Right during this cold front we have (-8!). My gas fireplace is my main source of heat as my old baseboard heaters don’t work great. I phoned Air One on Monday morning and even though Jeremy was busy he was going to try to fit me in that day. He came Monday evening and was very informative, professional, honest and just genuinely kind and nice. My fireplace is working now, my condo is warming up and I didn’t have a heart attack at the cost. Will definitely be using again for any repairs and maintenance! Thank you so much Jeremy! I appreciate you taking extra time out of an already busy day to come make sure me and all the animals stay warm through this cold spell!

He told me the switch was a bit sticky so that may have been the reason I couldn’t get the fp to ignite. While he was explaining the workings- he cleaned the outside.   • Excellent service. Had problems on Monday evening and called Tuesday morning. Jeremy arrived within a half hour and fixed the problem but came to the conclusion we needed a new furnace.   • Noticed on a very hot day that our central air conditioner ceased to blow anything but warm air out of the vents. We called up Air One and he made an appointment to come take a look that same week. In a couple hours time he had assessed and fixed the problem. He was on time, efficient, friendly, and quite affordable. He even gave us some tips on how to save money and extend the life of our outdated system. I would most definitely use Air One again in the future.

  • Quick, friendly and affordable I needed a leaking water heater replaced. The heater was very old and was located in an awkward and cramped location of my home which I thought might cause problems but service was fast and friendly. The heater was quickly removed and replaced, the water damage cleaned up and changes were made to prevent any future problems. Costs were much cheaper than I expected. They were quick, very friendly and affordable. I would use their services again and would recommend them to others.

  • As the manager of a 4 building complex, I used Air One to come and service many of the older fireplaces that are now begining to fail. Jeremy was great, he has been able to fix all of the fireplaces so far, installed a couple of new hotwater tanks, and also serviced the rooftop heating units. Some of the fireplaces other companies said would need to be replaces completely (anywhere from 1200 to 2000 dollars) Jeremy was able to fix and have running like new! Highly Recommended
